We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to prepare surfaces for painting and finishing. No prior sandblasting experience is requires-we provide on-the job training.

This role involves operating sandblasting equipment, restoring surfaces, and supporting painting and finishing tasks while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prep surfaces
• Remove paint, rust, and surface contaminants
• Assist with painting and finishing tasks as needed
• Safely use power tools and equipment
• Perform basic measurements and material calculations
• Maintain safety standards and a clean work area
Qualifications
• Sandblasting or related experience preferred
• Construction painting or masonry experience a plus
• Ability to use power tools safely
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Basic math skills
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs]

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team. No prior powder coating experience is required—we provide on-the-job training.

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment
• Load and unload parts from ovens
• Inspect finished products for quality and coverage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general shop duties as needed
Qualifications
• No prior powder coating experience required
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
